Go to your Outlook account and open the Outlook File button. Now click on Add account on the right-hand side. Since you have configured Roadrunner manually so click on Manually configure server settings option. In account type, choose internet e-mail address and enter your full name and Roadrunner email address in the provided boxes. Click the submit button and check whether your Roadrunner email gets configured with Outlook or not.
