Don’t forget to include grandma and grandpa or any aunts, uncles, cousins and even close family friends that might want to join in, too! The more, the merrier. For best results, stick to just a few resolutions and make them manageable, realistic, and specific. For instance, you can set a goal like “Walk around the neighborhood every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday” instead of “Work out daily”.
