The Most Hygienic Restaurant in the City

Arjun Shetty, the 50-something-year-old owner of a multi-cuisine restaurant in Chennai wasn’t able to digest what had just happened to him. A renowned food critic, and a good friend, had given him a tour of his own kitchen, that had left him bewildered.

Some of those words were still ringing in his ears. Grinding his teeth, Mr. Shetty picked up the nerve, dialled a number and fired his General Manager for his negligence.
