Stretching after workout

Thus, stretching is a mandatory activity that should be performed for all muscle groups (quadriceps femoris, muscles of the chest and back, as well as biceps and triceps).

The technique of stretching muscles is very simple, the main thing is to do it extremely static, without sudden movements and unnecessary efforts that can lead to injuries. After stretching reaches a maximum at which slight pain will be felt, this position must be fixed for 1 minute.
