Use a towel to gently dry your wig dry - once again, be gentle! Do not wring your wig!
Now add a spray conditioner.
Allow your wig to dry. One can use a Styrofoam head, but could stretch the cover. You may, however, prefer to set his wig on top of something like a vase or a bottle of hairspray covered with a towel.
Do not brush your wig unless it is completely dry.
Do not let your wig out under direct sunlight to dry.

To wash the wig:
