Help energy drink is sugar-free and loaded with strong natural caffeine. Kelly is a professional pole dancer/performer/athlete/bad bitch.  She discovered the magical sport of pole fitness 5 years ago and immediately fell in love with the sport after her first class. Kelly is adamantly convinced that pole fitness changed her life. Her affinity with pole fitness has given her a constant desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally. To that end, Kelly is determined to inspire everyone she touches to give pole fitness a chance to impact their lives in a positive way as hers has been affected. As the owner of Kelly’s Aerial Arts & Fitness, she is training and developing an elite team of athletes that actively compete and perform all around the country. Moreover, she will train anyone aspiring to challenge themselves through health and fitness.  Kelly loves to impart her knowledge and experience to all. Kelly's passion for wellness and fitness has sent her on a never-ending quest to keep on expanding her knowledge base. Her journey has taken her all over the world to train with a myriad of championship level athletes of varied disciplines. This insatiable need to learn has enabled Kelly to teach TRX suspension strength training, aerial yoga, pole fitness/dance, choreography, flexibility training, Lyra, hand balancing, Classique dance, workout, cardio bounce, self-care & body awareness.  Kelly is also a licensed deep tissue massage therapist, medical massage therapy expert, and aesthetician.  Kelly has become a fantastically powerful competitor and has earned multiple titles.

"I took my wife to Kelly's for aerial yoga as a surprise date night/birthday present thinking it would be a fun experience for us to have together.

All I can say is WOW! Both Kelly and the practice far exceeded my expectations.

First of all, my wife was blown away (major husband points) and we were both immediately hooked!

We instantly experienced the benefit of increased intimacy with each other in how we move and breathe together, which has already had a major impact on our marriage and relationship.

Kelly is a real pro because she actually lives this stuff and is, therefore, the best example of what is possible with this kind of fitness practice.

And, as a triathlete training for Ironman who also does body weight and bar calisthenics and Crossfit pretty regularly, I immediately got how valuable aerial yoga is for strength (especially core), flexibility, decompression, and recovery.

If you're a more masculine-identified person, you might think (like I did) that pole fitness and aerial yoga are more for the feminine expression, but you would be dead wrong (as I was).

If you admire the strength, flexibility, agility, endurance of gymnasts, Cirque Du Solei performers and the like and, like me, have always wished you could do that sh*t and literally defy gravity yourself, then THIS is the place to go...and it's worth the trip to Key West from wherever you are.

I will definitely be incorporating both aerial yoga and pole fitness into my training and wI already signed my wife up for multiple classes with a commitment to the membership when we get back from our half Ironman in mid-June."
