First, the sealing problem

There are three factors that affect the sealing of the packaging bag: sealing knife pressure, temperature, and time. The packaging bag is reserved at the factory for filling and sealing. When the sealing pressure is unchanged, the temperature is too low or too high, which will cause the sealing of the packaging bag to be unstable and cause air leakage. At the same temperature, the length of heat-sealing time will also affect the firmness of the seal. Under normal circumstances, the value recommended by the hot air blower manufacturer is sufficient, unless the bag is thinner or thicker, which requires adjusting the parameters of the heat sealer.

Second, the problem of manufacturers of prefabricated bags

There are two problems for prefabricated bag manufacturers: composite strength and handling of zippers. The composite strength of the packaging bag is relatively low, which can easily cause the layer of the bag to affect the air tightness of the entire packaging bag. In addition, the zipper on the packaging bag will be much thicker than the heat seal of the other parts. If the pressure of the sealing knife is not enough, the sealing edge is not sealed, and the bag is easy to leak air.
