As people are becoming more aware what Gluten intolerance is and how to tackle it, more are opting for gluten free foods. Gluten is a kind of food protein mainly found in wheat, Barley, rye and the products made from them. Though a huge section of our diet mainly consists of wheat barley and rye, people are now coming up with healthy alternatives like corn, quinoa, buckwheat etc.

Some manufacturers also make marshmallows which only contain sugar, water and gelatine, this make them dairy free and in most cases gluten free. Since marshmallow is very popular people don’t look carefully at the ingredients label before buying them.

People suffering from Gluten sensitivity can avoid unwanted bloating, Diarrhoea or headache by just reading the ingredient label on the marshmallow packets and buying the correct one. Thus, even gluten sensitive persons can enjoy the relishes of snacks and beer. Ifhey choose carefully and wisely, and utilise the substitutes available to replace gluten containing food.
