LED linear light outlet method

When customers are inquiring about led linear light products, in addition to line lights with fixed outlet positions, we will ask customers what kind of outlet method to choose, because different outlet methods directly affect the lighting effect of the product, the difficulty of installation, and whether the product and the environment can Perfectly integrated overall aesthetics.

Today I will explain the three basic ways of led linear lights:

(1) Side outlet: Choose one of the two sides of the line lamp to punch a hole with a diameter equal to the wire diameter. The waterproof butt wiring is connected to the circuit board from this hole. Its advantage is that it can be seamlessly connected. The lighting effect has no dark areas and is very convenient to install.

(2) Bottom outlet: The bottom outlet is a hole with a diameter equivalent to the wire diameter drilled from the bottom of both ends of the aluminum profile of the line lamp. The principle is the same as that of the side outlet. In addition to the seamless connection of the line lamp at the bottom, Hidden hidden in the bottom position, the aesthetics is higher!

(3) Plugging out the cable: The plugging out of the cable is to open a cable outlet from the middle of the plug piece at both ends of the linear light, which is very convenient to install. The plug outlet cannot be seamlessly connected, and the aesthetics is slightly inferior to the bottom outlet.

If the vacuum is not evacuated during the glue filling process, the bottom of the PCB is trapped, the glue cannot be completely filled, and the weak link of the waterproof potting is caused. Moreover, the internal trapped gas is cooled by thermal expansion and contraction due to the alternate heating and cooling of the circuit switch. Cavity negative pressure will produce secondary pores or capillaries. As a result, the appearance and performance of led linear lights are affected.

The principle of PU adhesive sealing process for led linear light is as follows:

(1) Sealing construction should first seal the difficult-to-operate areas, such as complex structures such as depressions, grouting, bonding surfaces, and box corners.

(2) The coating, injection and shaping of the sealant shall be completed within the applicable period of the linear lamp sealant.

(3) Pay attention to the gap inside the linear lamp body. When the gap is 0.3-0.5MM, consider using a sealant with a solid gasket.

(4) As long as the sealant applied to the linear lamp does not affect the next process, generally no heating treatment is required, so that natural curing is possible.

(5) The riveting and assembling of seals should be performed within the time limit specified by the sealant.

(6) Reactive sealants must not be moved or knocked before curing. Assembling, inspection and delivery should be performed after curing.
