Surface processing of hardware parts:

1. Spray paint processing: Hardware factories use spray paint processing when producing large-scale hardware finished products, to prevent hardware from rusting by spray painting, such as: daily necessities, electrical enclosures, crafts, etc.

2. Electroplating: Electroplating is also the most common processing technology in metal processing. The surface of hardware is electroplated through modern process technology to ensure that the product does not mold or embroider under long-term use. Electroplating is common in screws, stamping parts, Batteries, car parts, trinkets, etc.

3. Surface polishing: Surface polishing is generally used in daily necessities. By performing surface burr treatment on hardware products, for example: we produce a comb, and the comb is made of stamped hardware. Then the corners of the comb are stamped. It is very sharp. We will throw the sharp parts of the corners into a smooth face through polishing, so that it will not cause harm to the human body during use.

Turning the outer surface is the basic method of machining the outer surface in metal processing. The equipment used is a lathe. In general machinery plants, lathes account for about 40% of the total number of machine tools. Turning is the main method of roughing and semi-finishing the outer surface of various materials, and it is also the final finishing method of various materials that are not suitable for grinding.

In the case of single-piece small batch production, turning of the outer circular surface is generally performed on an ordinary lathe. In mass production, multi-tool semi-automatic lathes or automatic lathes are widely used. Large disc parts should be processed on a vertical lathe. Large long shaft parts need to be processed on heavy horizontal lathes.

The characteristics of turning the outer surface are:

1. Simple tools, manufacturing, easy grinding and installation;

2. Smooth cutting process, small fluctuations in cutting force, which is conducive to high cutting speed and improve productivity;

3, good versatility of the machine tool, Outer circle, end face, inner hole, thread and chamfer can be processed in one clamping. The mutual position accuracy between the surfaces is easy to guarantee;

4. Suitable for the finishing of non-ferrous metal parts.
