I already shared with you a few deserts which you can easily cook in your house which you can serve to your Plant-based family who strictly follows these plant-based types of food. I am going to share your further recipes which you can also add to your dessert menu to serve your friend and family and the best part is one of the most loved by your kids. The recipe which I am going to discuss today is also one of the most loved by all age people; such as Ice-Cream and Chocolate cookies.
Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream: This you can easily cook in your house without any issue as the Ingredients which are used in this is most loved by all kid’s coconut cream and swirled with chocolate ganache and graham crackers.
Recipe: This will going to take much time, as we don’t need much time for preparation it will just take 30 minutes but the making for this will take complete 10 hours.
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3 cans of coconut cream, divided
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
How to make:
Take a blender and add 1/2 cup of the coconut cream with peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth, then keep it in a fridge for 2 hours.
Remove the bowl from the fridge and add small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of the coconut cream over low heat until scalding. Remove from heat, add in chocolate chips, and allow to sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir to combine. Chocolate chips should be fully melted by this point. Allow cooling to room temperature while you churn your ice cream base.
Once this all Plant-based family Ice-Cream is ready then place coconut cream mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Scoop half of the dessert into the cooler safe holder, at that point spoon in half of the ganache blend and half of graham saltine pieces. How to make:
Melt the chocolate and keep it fridge to get it thick.
Then fix all the other ingredients into a bowl and mix it in this paste same as a dough.
Then add to the oven and cook for 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
Once it’s cooked then dip into chocolate and it’s ready for serve.
