Your Daily Foot Care Routine For Gorgeous Feet…

Do you have sore feet? Or, perhaps, the beauty of your feet is fading away because of your busy routine..!

Don’t worry, you are not alone. There are plenty of people out there who are facing the same problem (even worse) if that makes you feel any better.

You can be in the ‘healthy feet club’ by inculcating this simple habit to your daily routine.

Well, I’m here to share with you the best and self-tested foot care routine for gorgeous feet.

At the outset, you need to understand why does the beauty of your feet fades away before time!

The primary reason is the friction that they bear day in and day out while walking or even standing. Another cause (agree or not) is your ignorance towards your foot health.

Anyway, you cannot do much about the past but what you can do now is very simple.

The routine that I’m about to share here will not only make your feet beautiful but will also help you in relaxing and releasing the day’s stress.

Keep reading to know my foot care routine.

To get the soft and gorgeous feet that you always wanted, you don’t have to do much. As soon as you return from work, put on your favorite music, sit on your relaxing chair, soak your feet in warm water, close your eyes, and relax.

This will magically take away all the mental and physical stress from the body. Stay there for at least 15-20 minutes, not doing anything or thinking about anything.

Now slowly open your eyes and come back to the real world. You will observe that despite the chaotic day, you are now at peace.

Take your feet out from the water. To your surprise, you will notice that one more thing has happened during your relaxing session, your feet have become softer.

This is the perfect opportunity to remove all the dead skin tissues that are covering the real beauty of your feet. For that, you need a foot scrubber or a callus remover, obviously.

Put on two drops of any liquid soap on your foot file and gently massage your feet with that, feeling the friction and the lousy skin cells detaching from your feet. Do this for a maximum of five minutes on each foot, adding a few drops of water whenever required. You will notice the rich lather formed on your feet during the scrubbing.

Now, put your feet back to the water that you used in the previous step. You will see the soap and the callus go away from your feet as soon as it comes in contact with water.

Caress your right foot with your left one and vice versa. This feels good and helps to remove the soap.

Now, get your feet out from the water and very gently dry them with cotton or any soft textured cloth.

After that, leave them for at least 2 minutes, not touching, not doing anything at all, and feel the lightness in your body.

After everything is done, moisturize your feet to prevent them from getting dry.

You will notice the difference on the first day itself. However, following this foot care routine daily will help you get back the gorgeous feet and also keep you relaxed (saying from personal experience).

The level of relaxation will depend upon your ability to be in the moment and acknowledge your feelings. And your feet heath will rely upon the foot exfoliator or the foot scraper that you use.

For your information, I ordered my callus scrubber from Unnick, and it’s the best that I could get.
