How to grow hair back faster

The way you treat your hair is a big determining factor in how quickly it will grow. Unhealthy hair is going to take its time trying to heal itself back to normal condition. Healthy hair will have nothing to do but grow. Thus if you want to know how to grow hair faster, you really need to understand how to treat your hair in the first place. Basic hair care isn't hard but it is something that you need to be aware of. Below are some tips that may help your hair grow longer fast.

Brushing your hair is a good thing but it needs to be done properly to truly be beneficial. You need to make sure you have a good brush that will separate the hair efficiently. Also make sure that the brush's bristles are not too pointed as that could scrape the scalp and cause dandruff or excess oil. When you brush your hair, start from the bottom and work your way up. Make sure that all of the tangles are undone but don't pull them out. Simply move up in an even and steady manner until all of the hair lies flat.

If you have curly hair working with a brush may not be ideal. What you need instead is a wide tooth comb to separate your curls without leading to a lot of frizz. Frizz may actually be the result of multiple strands of hair breaking so try to avoid it as much as possible. You may also consider purchasing some sort of serum to help you get the tangles out easier as it could be just the extra lubrication you need. Try to avoid brushing the hair too much right after you get out of the shower as that may also lead to breaking and frizzing.

When you get into the shower wash your hair while it is flat. Don't wad it up into a ball for the shampoo. As you move all the hair around in that ball, you are pulling it out and causing it to tangle. That will force you to brush more which will likely cause more hair to fall out. If you keep your hair flat, the tangles will significantly decrease as will the hair loss. Just be sure to fully work the shampoo throughout the hair before you get out.

As you dry your hair avoid rubbing it too much with a towel. This is for the same reason that you shouldn't wad it into a ball. The hair will get tangles and difficult to comb. Don't go straight to the blow dryer either. That can fry your hair very quickly. Instead, let your hair air dry as long as possible. It will feel softer and stay healthier when you do this. Straightening and curling irons are also harmful to your hair. Avoid them as often as you can. The real key is simply maintaining the proper brushing habits to grow hair back and watch your hair grow faster than ever.
