When it comes to searching for the perfect bra there are demi styles, balconet, push up, and lift up bras, super lift bras, convertible bras and pretty much anything else that can be dreamed up. There are sturdy bras, and pretty bras, but the two rarely come in the same bra.

It is such a shame that a woman has to choose between a bra that offers the necessary support to counteract the cruel effects of gravity, or something feminine and attractive. It should not be that difficult to try, and find a bra that offers support and good looks. If you have been shopping for a bra say, any time in your life you know it is pretty difficult to find a bra, which manages to successfully blend the two concepts.

First of all, why is support so important?

If you are a well-endowed woman, you know quite a few practical reasons why proper support is essential. You need a lift up bra to keep those breasts where they are supposed to be. More importantly though, is the effect on posture. Having a bra, which does not offer the proper support means that you may eventually suffer from muscle and back pains in addition to an unattractive posture.

The part every woman wants to know is how to get the proper support without sacrificing style. Looking for a lift up bra or super lift up bra may just give the style and support you need. But before you go shopping for the perfect super lift bra, first you want to make sure that you know your true size. This is probably the simplest, but most crucial part, of finding the perfect bra.

Here is how to measure to make sure you get the best fit possible:

1)            First, choose an existing bra, preferably one without an underwire or lots of padding.

2)            With a soft tape measure, measure directly beneath your bustline around the ribcage.

2)            Next measure around the fullest part of your bustline.

3)            Subtract the first measurement from the second one.

4)            Each inch difference between the two measurements is a cup size, one-inch   difference is an ‘A’ cup, two inches is a ‘B’ cup, etc.

5)            The first measurement is your actual band size; try to get a bra with the actual band size in the middle.

Once you have your proper band and cup size the shopping fun begins. You get to sort through the numerous varieties of bras available, and do not be afraid to try a lift up bra. If you look around online for a little while, you may find a place, which offers superior support as well style, but in the end, it could be your great posture that garners the most attention. If you find the proper support that makes sure you are not overflowing your cups or creating some extra space in the armpit area, you will probably find that your muscles, back, and even your neck may very well thank you. Never underestimate proper support.
