3 Easy Ways To Lighten Up

Posted by Golden on August 14th, 2010

There is more to fitness than loosing weight. It is no use having a great body if you are unhappy. Maybe you think that loosing weight will cure your unhappiness. Well, it does not always work that way. You are going to tend to all areas of your fitness to be happy.

Here are 3 easy ways to lighten up:

  1. Walk with weight. That is exactly right! You have got put on weight (vest, ankle, wrist, backpack) if you want to take it off quickly. When you exercise your body burns excess calories, you sculpt and tone and build lean muscle faster and you are able to build up bone density against osteoporosis. You lose weight faster when you work out with extra weight because your body does not adapt to it the way it adapts to your own body weight. So it works harder to carry the extra weight. If you want to lighten up effortlessly, walk around with extra weight and burn calories without even thinking about it.
  2. Give up refined sugar. You are going to see the difference in your body and your mood if you do this. Stop eating pastries, ice cream, cookies and candy. Do not drink soft sugary drinks or alcohol for 2 weeks and your body will shrink. You will lose that puffiness that comes from ingesting too much sugar. Furthermore, you will feel clear, you will be less moody and after two weeks you may just want to clean up you diet for good. Lose weight and inches, feel and look brighter and lighter and do not be surprised if your friends and family tells you how great you look.
  3. Think positively. There is one thing you can be sure of, and of this I am quite certain- everything changes. So, if you are having a rough time of it- know that this too will change. And if you are doing or have done all that you can to make the situation change the way you want it, then you have to surrender to the powers that be and get on with living your life as happily as you can.
