Manpower headcount will grow in these functions over 2012 in a range of 3% to 4%.
Marketing professionals will be in quite high demand, in the consumer durables sector, in the coming years. There are many onsumer durable companies offering marketing jobs in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and other cities of India. Some companies are expecting more than 20% growth in manpower in marketing and sales functions, in 2013, and that calls for a lot of job opportunity. As the consumer durables sector plans to expand its distribution, recruitments of marketing and sales professionals are expected to go up gradually.
