For the purpose, he has to submit his documents regarding his identity proof, academic qualifications, merit certificates proof etc. If the senator finds him as a good candidate for the post, then only the senator will endorse the form with him.
  • He must pay $40 a onetime notary fee at the time of filling the application. This application form can be obtained by taking a print out from the website of the Pennsylvania Department Of State. This should be payable in cheques to the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania.
