Dancing Can Make You Stay Young

Dancing is a form of recreation. It is quite enjoyable especially if you know what you are doing. I want to look at dancing in a different light; as a means to work out and make you stay young. The truth is that when you move your body and feel confident physically, it permeates your whole life.

Dance takes you away from your routine. You come to a dance class feeling down, feeling up, feeling normal, which ever way you are feeling, be rest assured that you will walk out feeling better. It is magical what is happening to our bodies and our mind when we come to a dance class. Part of it is a stimulation of getting the material and the other part is the physical pleasure of moving your body without purpose.

We spend so much of our time doing regimental things like going to work, getting stuck in traffic and going home. But dance is a segment that is wide open, where there is no purpose other than to be there and enjoy yourself to no particular rhythm. After each class there is a particular high feeling that stays with you.

Of all things to get addicted to, dance is a healthy one to get used to. The health benefits are enormous. Dancing keeps you young. It is wonderful for your heart. It is healthy for your lungs. And it is great for all the muscles in your body. When you are feeling healthy, there is no greater feeling than that.

What are you waiting for? Go out and enroll yourself in a dance class, or better still do it in the comfort of your home with your radio turned on.
