CryEngine's softer, shinier side explored in Enodo's real-time demo

French firm Enodo has released a tech demo running on Crytek's CryEngine 3 Diablo 3 Gold showcasing a wide range of environments and architecture from the savannah to the showroom rendered in real time.

Enodo, which says it designs "virtual realities for real life business applications, " does not seem to be interested in making games, but rather in using gaming technology to simulate real spaces. Enodo says it "[levels up its] client's business... [showing] that the mechanisms governing the world of video games are powerful and will revolutionize the way to understand urban or industrial projects, their development, and their communication. "

Its 2012 demo reel featuring a single large city was similarly eye-catching.
