Simon Simonnæs is a famous business man that runs a real estate investment company in Norway. Simonnæs Holding was established in 1995 and now has become one of the leading companies from this industry. Simon is the living proof that with hard work and a positive attitude anything is possible and people can really achieve everything they want!

He wanted to live a balanced life, without financial worries and he is now thankful for all the great things that he accomplished. Although he was only a child, Simon started working as a bellhop at the age of eleven; he wanted a better life for his family. He worked as a real estate agent and also as a bouncer, but he never neglected his studies. At 22 years he finished his studies at the Norwegian School of Management and used all that he had learned during these years to start his own business.

He knew that he can become a successful entrepreneur and he took advantage of each and every opportunity that he had to form a strong knowledge and become a respectable business man. The road to a wealthy life wasn’t easy, but Simon’s father taught him the real values in life!

Simon Simonnæs was always focused on becoming a better person, and not on making a fortune. At first he experienced many problems, but he never give up. Learning from their own mistakes is the best thing that people can do to grow, to evolve. It’s better to try and fail than to have never tried at all! Simon and his business partner Espen Galtung Døsvig gave money for a big restoration project in Bergen. Norwegians love to recreate in the outdoors, but especially to run up the mountains. Bergensers participate at a popular race, the Stoltzekleiven that takes places each year in September. Thanks to their generous donation runners can now climb safely, the race track is in good shape; all the damaged stairs have been restored.

No matter what you want to achieve in life, never give up! Although it might take years until you will see the results, you will be satisfied with your work! Don’t be afraid to change, follow Simon’s example and you will live a happy and carefree life!
