You will have to make sure that you completely descale the bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks. Also, don’t forget to clean the tiles, mirrors, and extractor fans as well as all the outer surfaces where there could be any trace of mold or mildew buildup. After the entire bathroom has been descaled you want to make sure that you disinfect the room entirely also. After these two processes have been completed, you will then be able to go in and clean it like you normally would when you’re doing your regular household chores.

Kitchen: If you’ve had hard water issues at the rental this will be a headache. Limescale buildup is one of the hardest things to clean. One of the areas where it’s most noticeable is the kitchen area. Don’t forget to make sure that all the appliances are thoroughly cleaned as well. This is where many tenants aren’t able to compare to the professionals when it comes to fully cleaning the kitchen.
