In our last article, I share your easy vegan meals which were Sweet potato & black bean tacos and it was completely vegan and gluten-free tacos and in this article, I am going to share one more healthy and easy plant-based meals and you can also use this in your lockdown. Today in this article I will share your healthy vegan lettuce wraps which you can easily cook not only that I will also share with you the nutrition value of the Ingredients.

Healthy Vegan Lettuce Wraps: This is one of the quickest Easy Plant-Based Meals food to cook, it will just take 17 minutes in which it will take 5 minutes for preparation and 12 minutes for cooking and I will share your Ingredients and how to cook.

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 medium yellow onion, cleaved
    • 1 red ringer pepper, hacked
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced or squeezed
    • 1 tablespoon new cleaved ginger or ginger paste
    • 8 ounces tempeh
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
    • 1 lime, squeezed
    • 3 green onions, cut
    • 8-10 margarine lettuce leaves
    • 1 cup Shredded or julienned carrots
    • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
    • 1/2 cup Chopped peanuts
    • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, generally or finely cleaved
    • Sriracha
  • How to cook:
    • Warmth olive oil in an enormous skillet over medium warmth. Include the yellow onion and red chile pepper and cook, mixing periodically, until mellowed, around 6 minutes.
    • Include garlic and ginger and mix 30 seconds or until fragrant.
    • Include the tempeh and cook, blending infrequently, until daintily caramelized, around 5 minutes.
    • Include the soy sauce, lime squeeze, and green onions and mix to join. Expel from the warmth.
