Expeed’s state-of-the-art, fully-integrated control panel software enables customers to register themselves as resellers, and set themselves up in business, reselling shared web hosting without going to the expense, and without having to have the technical knowledge, to set up enterprise grade servers and infrastructure equipment.
A reseller can purchase one of a number of dedicated plans for their needs, all of which come with significantly more server resources that the normal plans, but for only a marginal increase in price. From there, the reseller is able to set up their own hosting plans as required, and sell those plans through whichever channels they choose for however much money they choose. We do not charge any commission or impose any additional fees on resellers beyond the normal price of the plans, nor do we insist upon Expeed logos or graphics to be displayed on the customer websites of a reseller, and no advertising of any kind is inserted into the site. The only requirement placed upon a reseller’s customer by Expeed is that they abide by our terms and conditions.
Resellers are free to configure their plans as they choose; they can have varying levels of hosting plan to suit varying demands of their customers. Provided that the sum total of the resources granted as part of those hosting plans does not exceed the overall reseller plan resource quota, then they have infinite flexibility.
Our control panel provides resellers with all of the tools they need to create and administer their hosting plans and resource allocations. The control panel also provides the reseller with the ability to tailor the look and feel to match their own corporate branding, as well as providing some CRM functionality so that the reseller can manage their business easily from a central location. With excellent data export facilities, the customer information can easily be imported into the resellers own accounts software or billing engine.
Once a customer becomes a reseller, they take on the responsibility for the first level technical support for their customers. If the reseller is not able to answer their customer’s queries, then the reseller can contact the Expeed customer support department who will be able to assist them, but the reseller’s client in most situation is not able to call the Expeed support department for advice and assistance.
We’ve tried to make our reseller plans as competitively priced, flexible and as easily available as possible, and they have proven to be very popular with our reseller customers.
