Guacamelee dev 'thrilled' with reception, planning DLC and possibly a sequel

Guacamelee developer DrinkBox Studios is "extremely thrilled" with the game's buy AION Gold critical and commercial reception, and the company is working on downloadable content and thinking about a sequel, said co-founder Graham Smith in an interview with IGN.

DrinkBox released Guacamelee in April on Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita, and it was the best-selling Playstation Network title for the month in North america and Europe.

Smith confirmed that DrinkBox is in the "design phase" on Guacamelee DLC, and, when asked about a sequel, said, "I don't know yet. "
