Power Tools That Pay For Themselves after Several Uses

Perhaps this may have happened to you more than once if you’re a married woman. You’re told by your husband that he is going to fix that squeaky door or that broken ceiling fan over the weekend. He just needs to go out to the hardware store and pick up a certain type of power tool to get the job done.  It seems simple enough, right? I mean it makes sense that the reason why he hasn’t fixed it is probably because he doesn’t have the right type of tool to get the job done.  Certainly you have asked him at least one or twice during the past six months to fix it and that ceiling fan is still broken. 

Well the weekend finally gets here and he goes off to the hardware store like he said he would.  Only there’s one problem when he comes home.  He’s bought more than just one simple tool, it seems that he has gone out and had himself a handyman shopping spree and decided that he not only needed the one tool to fix the ceiling fan, he also needed the latest cordless circular saw just because he saw it on one of those late night infomercials, he got himself a new cordless power drill because it matched the circular saw, and of course he bought himself a new table saw-just because it was on sale. 

His defense, though, is that all of these new power tools will pay for themselves, just give it some time.  Well, that may actually be true. With the right power tools, any average Joe can actually do some pretty amazing carpentry work. In fact, he may even be able to build you that new living room table you’ve been bugging him about for years now. The only thing to keep in mind, though, is the next time he says he’s going shopping over the weekend would be to surprise him with some new power tools that you bought for him online.  He probably spent twice as much as he should’ve buying from the local hardware store, but at least things are now going to get fixed around the house.
