How can you recover deleted text messages from an iPhone?
I didn’t back up my text messages and deleted them on accident from my iPhone. Can anyone recommend how i can recover them from the iPhone 5 itself? I’m running 3.1.3 firmware. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Tutorial 2: How to Restore Lost SMS Directly from your iPhone

First step: Connect your iPhone to Computer and choose your Device. To begin with, install the program on your computer and run it. Then connect your iPhone to the computer.
