Is it better to Hometrainer kopen or Crosstrainer kopen for HIIT training

If you’re serious about your fitness, you probably know that HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is the best way to lose weight and get conditioning there is. But what if you got injured and now have to stay off from high impact workouts for a time? Well, you obviously should Hometrainer kopen or Crosstrainer kopen, as any of those offers great cardiovascular training without having to subject your precious body parts to much impact. “Wait, I thought this article was about High Intensity Interval Training? What’s that has to do with being unable to do a proper workout and having to Hometrainer kopen or Crosstrainer kopen?”

Well, everything. If you Hometrainer kopen or Crosstrainer kopen, you can have a great workout without subjecting yourself to impact and you can even adapt your High Intensity Interval Training routine to the exercise machinery. Warm up on an easy setting for a few minutes, then crank up the heat to that “can’t do more than 29 seconds” level and pedal for 30 seconds. Then pedal very lightly for a minute or two, catch your breath and get some breath. Then crank up the power for 30 seconds again. Rinse and repeat. Do eight intervals. Voila, you’re doing HIIT on an exercise bike.

Want to Hometrainer kopen already? Wait until you try the elliptical machine. It’s even simpler to do HIIT if you Crosstrainer kopen compared to the exercise bike. Just let go of the rails and let your legs do all the work, and treat it like your running intervals. Interestingly, this will still take the impact out of the exercise while turning it into from a slack machine into a HIIT fat burner.
