Luke Grimes is Eliot Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey

Luke Grime, the American actor has been announced as the actor who is to play Christian’s brother in the upcoming movie of Fifty Shades of Grey.

His biggest movie moment thus far is that of the boyfriend of Liam Neeson’s daughter in the movie Taken 2. He has also appeared in the ABC drama, Brothers and Sisters which aired between 2006 and 2011. Starring in his role as Ryan Lafferty, Luke was alongside stars such as Oscar winning actress, Sally Field and Calista Flockhart, AKA Ali McBeal. Rat Pack star from the eighties, Rob Lowe also starred in the hit TV show which ran for five years.

The 29-year old actor has been on screens since 2006 and is originally from Dayton in Ohio. His father is a Pentecostal Pastor and it’s anyone’s guess as to what Dad thinks of his son’s role in the sexually-driven movie. The supporting role of Christian’s brother, Eliot is not one which should be underestimated. A shadow in the wake of his brother Christian Grey, Eliot is warm, loving and begins to date Ana’s best friend Kate, the student newspaper journalist who should have interviewed Christian, but had a dose of the flu. Luke will also be recognized from his role in the HBO serial True Blood which is based on the Southern Vampire series penned by the author Charlaine Harris. The seventh and final season will be aired in the summer of 2014.
