Cancer is a disease which should be taken seriously as it can be deadly. This disease is not easy to detect in initial stages. It may be detected when it is at the final stage, which is too late to be cured. The most common cancer found in women is breast cancer. If breast cancer is detected in its early stage, then there is full hope to cure it completely. Here are some symptoms which women may experience while suffering from breast cancer:

Size change of the breast

If there is any kind of size change in the breast, then it is possible that there is breast cancer present. There could be a sudden increase or decrease in size of the women’s breast, and it depends on the genetics of the woman. It depends on the nature of cancer and may vary for different women. Such changes of the breast are not quickly seen unless there is a huge difference in size. So it is recommended to check on size changes in the breast frequently.

Lumps on breast

The most common symptom which can be observed by women is the presence of unusual lumps on or near the breast. Women often fail to recognize such lumps because the lump may be very small and not be painful. Such lumps can easily be recognized if gentle massaging of the breasts are performed routinely, to search for any hard pea sized lumps. This can be the beginning of cancer and should be consulted with the oncologist immediately.

Color change of breast

The skin color of the breast may change and can appear a very pale pink in color. The sudden change of color in the breast is an indication of breast cancer. The areas of the breast may change apparently from other parts of the breast. If any impact is seen on the breast, then colors can even change to orange. Marble like area could be felt under the skin which is known as lumps, but sometimes these are not detected. During that time breast will completely change shape and will tend to appear flat.

Nipple change

There may be some unusual behavior of the nipple. They can be elongated more than usual or may be pushed inwards towards the breast. There will be a feeling of irritation and a little pain in the nipple. The color of the nipple may change to red, and there may be itching and ulceration. Some of the rare symptoms may be discharges of blood from the nipple or some kind of clear fluid.

When such symptoms are viewed then it is suggested to get in touch with the breast cancer Texas center who have some of the best oncologist to receive better treatment.
