Good Practice for Fifty Shades of Grey! Dakota Stars in New Romantic Comedy

Posted by BrielleFoster on February 12th, 2014

The saying goes that practice makes a man perfect, but in Dakota Johnson’s case we have to say that practice makes a woman perfect. Now that Dakota has geared up to make her lark as a leading lady, it seems only natural that she will get better with more practice. And to get that much needed practice, she will be seen next in the romantic comedy movie “Date and Switch”, and given that The movie fifty shades of grey releases this Valentine’s Day, which is exactly a year before her major release “Fifty Shades...”, which releases on the 13th of February 2015, we are bound to ask the question, is Valentine’s Day her favourite time of the year?

Doesn’t matter what she will dish out for us next Valentine’s Day, this year seems promising enough with her release, which again finds her balancing confused feelings, some her own and some her ex-boyfriend’s who plans to lose his virginity before senior prom and makes a pact about this with his childhood friend. The problem is that, he is a guy, who used to hate girls (Dakota in question) and hence cannot participate in the said pact and lose his virginity by senior prom (for he does not have a boyfriend).

Most of the film then talks about and moves on the quest for the dude for Dakota’s ex-boyfriend, Matty, while in the whole process, Dakota and Michael (the straight childhood friend) getting closer to each other. Even if the plot sounds like one of those merry-go-around relationship rom-coms, we still suggest you watch it, so that you can get a fair idea of the kind of practice (smooching included) she is getting. We all know that Dakota’s big break is starring in the movie “Fifty Shades...”, and before she was a familiar face as the leading lady she now is, she used to be on television more often, in the series “Ben and Kate”.
