Free National Teen Defensive Driving School Heads To Raleigh on November 7-8 WePosted by Puton The Brakes on November 10th, 2020 The national free teen defensive driving program B.R.A.K.E.S. (Be Responsible and Keep Everyone Safe) will head to Raleigh on the weekend of November 7 and 8, with sessions at NCSHP Training Center. Utilizing vehicles provided by Kia Motors, the B.R.A.K.E.S. program offers teens extensive behind-the-wheel instruction from professional trainers including current and former law enforcement officers as well as professional racing drivers, teaching the teens and their parents how to be safer on the road. Exercises include Distracted Driving Awareness, Panic Braking, Crash Avoidance, Drop-wheel/Off-road Recovery and Car Control/Skid Recovery. The benefits of defensive driving classes are plentiful in every state.
