Matters needing attention in the processing of wire harness

A wire harness, also called a wire harness or wiring assembly, is a set of wires, cables, or subassemblies designed to transmit signals or power. What matters should be paid attention to in the process of wire harness processing.

Connection between terminal and electronic wire:

1. The winding terminal must be wound 1 to 2 turns;

2. The cup terminal must be tightly connected along the longer inner wall;

3. Cylindrical terminal, more than 1.5 turns, the wire end must be wound around the terminal;

4. Barreled cylindrical terminal, the wire end of diameter less than 0.5mm must be hooked to the terminal;

5. For the perforated terminal, the wire end must be hooked to the terminal, the diameter is less than 0.5mm, and the wire end must be bent into an S shape;

6. Hook connection, the size of the leakage part is between 0.5 and 1.5mm, the side cannot be bent, the wire must be tightly connected to the terminal, and the insulation layer cannot be wound;

The connection between the wire and the wire:

1. Overlap: The length of the overlap is required to be greater than 3mm, this connection method is mechanically weak, and the outside should be protected by an insulating heat shrinkable tube;

2 Spiral connection: one wire must be spirally wound around another wire, and the outside must be protected by an insulating heat shrinkable tube;

Secondly, it increases the difficulty in the laying process. With the development of global industry, more and more environments require high-voltage cable products to have a small outer diameter. In the laying process, it is necessary to consider leaving gaps in order to distribute the wires and cables. After the heat generated, the thickness of the sheath will increase the difficulty of laying, so the thickness of the sheath must strictly meet the relevant standards, otherwise it will not be able to protect the wires and cables.
