How to make the fiber optic distribution frame practical and beautiful? Open the product package before reeling the fiber. The fiber optic distribution frame includes the distribution frame and a series of accessories (mainly: fixing seat, cable tie, heat shrinkable tube, rack screws, fiber optic distribution frame bracket, etc.), must be guaranteed All the accessories are taken out and put away properly to ensure the subsequent use of the coil. Then follow the steps below:

1. Install the optical fiber installation panel. Each optical fiber installation panel can be installed according to its own needs with the type and number of cores of the adapter. Let's take the LC duplex adapter as an example for follow-up instructions;

2. Install the adapter, connect the LC pigtail and the dust cap of the adapter to the adapter on the fiber installation panel, divide the 48 cores into four groups, each with 12 cores;

3. Start splicing and splice the pigtail and the external optical cable. The splicing method should be operated in the correct way. Please refer to the explanation method in the "Fiber Splicing" video released by the editor;

4. Start coiling: In the first group, insert the heat shrinkable tube into the slot of the splice tray, and insert two heat shrinkable tubes into one slot. The external optical cable runs counterclockwise along the splice tray and exits from port 1; the pigtail is routed clockwise along the splice tray and exits from port 2. Use the splitter holder to connect the 12 pigtails with The external optical cable is fixed at the entrance and exit position, and this group is ready;

5. Reserve the pigtail free disk at the gap on the edge of the splicing disk, pay attention to the bending radius greater than 20 times the outer diameter of the optical cable (dynamic state), and then fix it with masking tape;

6. The second group is coiled in the same way. The external optical cable runs clockwise along the splice tray and exits from port 3; the pigtail runs counterclockwise along the splice tray, from No. 4 Out of the mouth; fix the 12 pigtails and external optical cables at the inlet and outlet positions with the branch holder, and this group is ready;

7. Reserve the pigtail free disk at the gap on the edge of the splicing disk. Note that the bending radius is greater than 20 times the outer diameter of the optical cable (in dynamic state), and then fix it with masking tape;

8. The method of the third group of reeling fibers is similar. The external optical cable and pigtails are routed in the same way as the first group, and the reserved pigtails are also the same; the fourth group of reeling fibers is similar, and the external optical cables and pigtails are routed in the same way. In the second group, the same way is used to reserve pigtails.

The fiber distribution frame of the entire fiber optic distribution frame is completed. Cover the splice tray, then close the cover of the distribution frame, lock the door buckle, and the 1U fiber optic distribution frame can be installed and used!
