1, insulator

2, contact

The contact is one of the core mechanisms of the electronic connector. It consists of a male contact and a female contact to form a contact pair. Through the insertion of the two, the effect of electrical connection can be achieved.

Generally, the positive contact is a rigid part, which is mainly made of brass and phosphor bronze. The shape can be divided into cylindrical, square column and flat.

As for the female contact piece, it needs to rely on an elastic structure to deform during insertion and connect with the male contact piece. It has many shapes, including folding, cylindrical, cantilever and so on.

3, shell

It is also the shell part of the electronic connector. Its main function is to protect the built-in insulating mounting board and pins, and at the same time, it can provide alignment during mating and allow the electronic connector to be connected to the device.

4. Accessories

Electronic connector accessories include installation accessories and structural accessories. The installation accessories mainly include nuts, screws, screws, spring rings, etc., and structural accessories include positioning pins, sealing rings, clamps, and cable clamps.
