The hard drive which comes preloaded with our PC or laptop can rapidly fill up with large files, such as RAW photos and high resolution videos, so getting an external hard drive that quickly, and securely, store your files is a must. They can be simply plugged into our device via USB, which gives us instant storage opening up our device just to install a new hard drive internally. Modern external hard drives are also incredibly fast all credit goes to USB-C connections and SSD(Solid State Drive) technology. They can copy and move lots of files within a matter of seconds.

External SSDs bring more benefits than HDDs. If we have little bit more cash then they are worth buying if we are looking for fast, secure and reliable storage. For your convenience we have picked a best external SSD which gives perfect value for money you spend. Follow link mentioned below for more details.

Samsung Portable SSD T7 Touch

Samsung Portable SSD T7 Touch  is another version from the legendry T series of portable SSD from Samsung. The T series models are known for being small and portable being fast and just being an overall good value for money. T7 does live up the standard set by its predecessors like T3 and T5. For enhanced security it comes with fingerprint scanner. It has length and width profile of a credit card. It fits easily in our palm and pocket. Before getting started and using finger print scanner  we have to download and install Samsung portable SSD software. It uses USB 3.2 and 2 connectivity to provide up to 10 gigabits per second. It also uses embedded NVME flash to provide bandwidth up to 1050 megabytes per second. Both read and write speed is same. To deal with heat experience with very large file transfer it has to throttle down as there is no in-built cooling system.

We have two cables provided with box. They are USB C to A and USB C to C. Samsung Touch T7 is a successor of T5 generation. The main plus point is the built-in security via fingerprint sensor also it is capable of being faster than T5. The T7 will throttle when pushed hard, dropping transfer speeds when the drive gets too hot. For everyday work it works fine even for big files. It is an all round solid real world performer. the T7 Touch is subject to throttling once it reaches a certain temperature during a sustained file transfer operation. For smaller files, the speed increase will be readily apparent, but larger files that cause the drive’s flash media to heat up, which in turn activates throttling, making speeds come back down to earth for a period of time. In benchmark testing also same thing can be seen. Copying a large file to or from the Samsung T7 Touch shows different picture compared to smaller files where it is demonstrably faster. But when we are talking about big files we means hundred of gigabytes not few gigabytes.
