The shoot of the film is happening at a fast pace in Hyderabad. Koratala Siva is the director and Kajal Aggarwal is the leading lady. Ram Charan has a pivotal role in this action drama which delivers a strong social message. Going with the news, Tamil actor Aravind Swamy who is doing lot of negative and critically acclaimed roles has been roped in for Acharya. He would essay the role of the lead antagonist in the film and he will join the sets very soon. The entire shoot of Acharya is expected to complete by March and the film is aimed for May release next year. Matinee Entertainments are the producers and Acharya is carrying huge expectations.
