Some precautions when assembling and using LCD modules

The LCD module is a screen + backlight assembly. The display component of the LCD TV is a liquid crystal module, and its low temperature is equivalent to the picture tube in the CRT. Other components include power supply circuits, signal processing circuits, etc., and of course the housing. The principle of the liquid crystal display is that the backlight assembly emits uniform surface light, and this light is transmitted to our eyes through the LCD module. The function of the screen is to process the light in pixels to display images. The liquid crystal module is a component that assembles the liquid crystal device and the LCD controller, the drive circuit and the circuit board PCB together. Today, we will introduce to you the following points when assembling and using LCD modules.

1. The liquid crystal module is a component that assembles liquid crystal display devices, connectors, integrated circuits, PCB circuit boards, backlights and structural parts. Make sure that it does not leak electricity, and do not use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning, because the vacuum cleaner May have a strong suction effect.

2. The LCD module handles the protective film. There is a protective film on the surface of the assembled liquid crystal module to prevent it from contaminating the surface during assembly. Do not disassemble the entire machine before the end of the assembly, so as not to stain or contaminate the display surface, please add gaskets. It is best to add a gasket of about 0.1 mm between the module and the front panel. The panel should also be absolutely flat.

3. Ensure that no twisting force will be generated after assembly. I would like to remind everyone to improve anti-vibration performance and strictly prevent static electricity. The control and drive circuits in the LCD module are low-power, low-voltage CMOS circuits, which are easily damaged by static electricity, and sometimes produce up to several volts in the human body. It is still hundreds of volts high-voltage static electricity, so you must be very careful in handling, assembly and use, and must strictly prevent static electricity.

4. Strictly follow the operating specifications of the LCD module, do not touch the external leads, the circuit on the circuit board and the metal frame with your hands. If direct contact is necessary, the human body and the module should be at the same potential, or the human body should be connected. Grounding, the soldering iron used in the welding process must be well grounded to ensure that there is no leakage, and certain operating tools, such as electric cones, must be well grounded.
