?The Movie Fifty Shades of Grey? TRAILER Release Date Soon?

With the shooting of the first instalment in the “Fifty Shades Movie” trilogy over only a month ago, it is still too early to be even asking about the second instalment of the trilogy called “Fifty Shades Darker” and the third instalment “Fifty Shades Freed”, if producer Dana Brunetti is to be believed. Though the fans have been keeping their fingers crossed about a second and a third film to release, which would cover the second and the third part of the ‘Fifty Shades’ trilogy written by Brit author Erica James, a website has claimed that a sequel or at least the idea of a sequel is a long way off. Producer Dana Brunetti is of the opinion that the first film should be used as a temp check to see how the audience warm up to the literary adaptation.

He also said that apparently, he has no idea about a second or even a third film in the making. He rather hopes that the cut of the first film goes down well with the audience and when the film has been able to test the waters, there might be talks of the next film. But there is no date as such regarding the surfacing of the second and the third film, and neither can one expect without seeing how well the first one goes. But there is enough promise that the film will do commercially well, because it is based on a highly successful novel of the same name. The novel, which has sold more than a 100 million copies has popularised BDSM and erotic novel and fan fiction among a new crop of readers and they are the die-hard fans who are have already kept their fingers crossed to see Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele.

The fans were especially taken by surprise when a few months ago, when the shooting of the first film in the series, “Fifty Shades of Grey” was underway in Vancouver, rumours surfaced that the cast and the crew were heading to Tenerife, Spain to shoot the honeymoon scenes, which was a clear indication that the three novels might have been compressed into one film, since anyone who has read the trilogy knows that the honeymoon scenes do not appear before the third novel in the series. It was then that Erica James assured her fans and followers that like there are three novels, there will be three films.

And with the teaser trailer of the first instalment releasing at CinemaCon in Las Vegas recently, it was a clear indication that the first film carefully deals with how the not so classical Grey-Steele love story blossoms from a BDSM relationship they start, after the young and naive college student falls prey to the seductions of this S&M obsessed businessman.

If the teaser trailer is any indication of how hot and heavy the film might turn out be, hardcore fans might be a little disappointed because contrary to common belief, there isn’t much skin show involved, but then again, Dan Brunetti had already warned that the film will be a love story and not pornographic material, so, we really can’t complain. The Movie Fifty Shades Of Grey will see the light of day on the 13th of February 2015.
