What are the differences between tattoo machine and eyebrow tattoo machine

I’ve ever met a customer asking, what’s the difference between a tattoo machine and a tattoo machine? Many people think that it’s the same tattoo. It’s just because there are more needles and fewer needles. Some people even look for some “tattoo masters” who use eyebrow tattoo machines to work in pursuit of a low price. It was a cheap price, and I got a work that disappointed me or even failed.

Today we will take a look at the difference between the two before. After comparing them, I believe that everyone will consider whether they are still attracted by the low prices before the next tattoo.

1. Different working principles:

Eyebrow tattoo machine---The eyebrow tattoo machine adopts the working principle of the eccentric head driven by the motor. The horizontal transmission rod is rotated through the eccentric head of the motor shaft, and the transmission rod moves up and down to drive the needle bar to work up and down. Limited by the working limit of the motor, its torque is limited and not flexible;

The tattoo machine-adopts the working principle of electromagnetic coil, sucking and spraying, and works on the spring sheet. The elastic force is strong and fast, and it can be self-elastically adjusted according to the elasticity of the skin.

2. The difference in speed:

Eyebrow tattoo machine---the known maximum speed is 3000-15000 rpm;

Tattoo machine-depending on the model, from 25,000 to 35,000 revolutions per minute. (Rotation speed means the power that the tattoo or tattoo machine can emit in a unit time, that is, the piercing that the tattoo or tattoo machine can perform in a unit time)

3. The difference in intensity:

Eyebrow tattoo machine---The maximum voltage of the eyebrow tattoo machine is 6V, plus the transmission rod is required to drive during work, which consumes part of its strength;

Tattoo machine-The electromagnetic coil of the tattoo machine can work in the voltage range of 3 to 20V. The direct effect of high-voltage work is high-speed and high-torque. With its own shrapnel design, it has strong power.

4. The density of coloring is different:

Eyebrow tattoo machine---the eyebrow skin or lips are complemented by the background color, so there is no need for high-density coloring when coloring. A good eyebrow shape design has brightness and three-dimensionality, while dense high-density coverage will only This results in a stiff and dull feeling, and the brow and lip mucosal tissue is thin, so the eyebrow tattoo machine does not need high rotation and large torque at the beginning of the design.

Tattoo machine-The requirements for tattooing are different from tattooing eyebrows. Painting on human skin requires high-density coverage. On the contrary, reverse osmosis spots are prone to appear, commonly known as "white spots".
