Causes of tattoo machine malfunctions and solutions

1. The elastic rod does not touch the contact of the oblique shrapnel. Loosen the screw of the elastic rod to make the elastic rod rotate down to touch the contact. Then rotate the contact to the appropriate position, tighten the screw to lock the elastic rod.

2. The power switch is not turned on, turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is red

3. The adjustment button (VOLTAGE) is at the zero position, and the pointer of the V meter is also at the zero position. The adjustment button slowly rotates clockwise while the pointer of the V meter is also rotating. The pointer of the V meter should stop at 6-10V.

4. The elastic rod touches the contact of the front shrapnel. If it touches too tightly, it will not start, and the power supply will be short-circuited. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light will be green and there is no voltage. Re-adjust the elastic rod to touch the contact, restart the power supply, and adjust the elastic rod to a suitable position.

5. Shutdown during work: When working, it is often accidental and unclear when the power cord was pulled and left the engaged position. Check the foot switch, whether the plug of the power cord is in place.

6. After the work is finished, when cleaning and disinfecting the tattoo machine, the wire on the machine is broken (dislocated), check whether the thread on the tattoo machine is dislocated (broken), find an electrician, and solder the wire

7. When the power is turned on, the indicator light turns green. Check whether the plug on the power cord and the plug on the foot switch are disconnected. If it is broken, it may touch the line (short break). If the thread is broken, use a soldering iron to solder it.
