KGF Chapter 2 Release Date, Trailer, and CastPosted by Trend Around Us on December 2nd, 2020 KGF Chapter 2 is an upcoming Indian Kannada-language period action movie directed by Prashanth Neel. A sequel to the 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1, the movie stars Yash in the lead reprising his role from the first film and Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist.
Principal photography began in March 2019. The film was supposed to be released on 29 October 2020 but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Sanjay Dutt’s health issues. The movie will be in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
The official announcement viedo of the sequel was out on July 7, 2020, on the youtube platform the announcement video has been remarkably well-received online, with over 5 million views on youtube. It doubled the curiosity of the fans to watch the film. The Views on announcement video showed almost all the lead role actors and their powerful parts that they were playing in the film.

Chapter 2 is currently listed to release on Friday, October 23, 2020, but there are reports it could be delayed until January 2021. Filming for the film started back in March 2019 and after a short hiatus, commenced filming in August 2019.
