The working principle of air nail gun

The topic I’m going to talk about today is about nail guns. Maybe you don’t have much contact with it, maybe you haven’t heard of it, but for friends who have renovated the house, they have indeed seen it. Needless to say, its role is to fix the decoration materials. Not only are they decorating their own houses, they are often used in some construction units. It is of course indispensable for some small projects. So the question is, what is the composition of the air nail gun itself, and what is its operating principle? Let's explain in detail how the air nail gun works.

The nailing force of the air nail gun comes from the compressed air generated by the air compressor, and the compressed air is continuously input into the air storage chamber of the air nail gun through the hose. When you pull the air nail gun: the trigger valve is closed and a channel is opened to communicate with the atmosphere. When the trigger valve is in place, compressed air cannot flow to the valve plug. The air pressure below the valve plug is no greater than the pressure above the valve plug, and the valve plug rises, and the compressed air can flow to the top of the piston. The compressed air moves the piston and blade downwards, and shoots straight nails/code nails/steel nails out of the gun chamber. When the piston moves downwards, the air pushes the air in the piston into the return air chamber through a series of holes. As more air flows into the barrel, the air pressure continues to rise. When you release the trigger, the compressed air returns the valve plug to its original position and prevents air from flowing into the head of the piston.

The structure of the air nail gun is a bit more complicated, including the gun body, cylinder and cylinder head, piston, fixed and movable magazines, gun head, balance valve, trigger, valve stem, positioning handle, gas nozzle, and upper sleeve of the gun head There is a safety frame. You see that the straight nail gun at the back is a cylinder, filled with compressed air, which is empty, the middle rotor, the rotor, until the nail position, the front is small, when the user wants to pull the trigger, the compressed air is immediately deflated , Rotate a position with the pulse rotor, when the length of the design position, the front of the rotor is on the nail, and the rotor head moves forward, and the nail is nailed to the wooden strip. This is by using the principle of instantaneous force. The principle is that when pressed down, push the firing pin of the bullet to the upper position, then pull the trigger to fire the bullet, the bullet generates high-pressure gas, push the firing pin to push the nail, and the whole process is completed.
