This new resin is properly formulated and offers excellent surfactant leaching resistance. These features enable to reduce the possibility of stain formation and other undesired impacts in a finished coating. It is a 100% acrylic binder that provides a range of advantages to the formulator, such as superior adhesion in dry and wet conditions, surfactant leaching resistance, low VOC properties, better efflorescence and alkali resistance, and potential block resistance capability.
