EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques and Chiropractic

Posted by Boykin Daly on January 20th, 2021

I have noticed recently that several of my patients haven't been aware of EFT (aka the Emotional Freedom Techniques). Perhaps they'd seen the acronym on the side bar of my newsletter but never inquired further. Others are conscious of my partner Alina is simply one of a few certified trainers of EFT in the world with Dawson Church, director and EFT Universe, one of several three most primary certifying organizations. The rest of you could wonder what EFT and Chiropractic relate to one another and the way could they come to be utilized in a mutually supportive way. I figured who's involved time will be able to answer that question. As a chiropractor, I most often turn to my patients' needs concerning how I can help them in lessening pain and increasing their body's function. Chiropractic has always devoted to removing nerve interference therefore the body can better heal itself. That idea goes completely back to DD Palmer and chiropractic's inception. Coincidentally, I overheard Alina only the other day explaining EFT as an easy way of removing energy interference in your body that when present, reduce the body's capability to heal. Hmmm, how similar is that? EFT is additionally known as an emotional version of acupuncture, but without needles. It is wonderful like a self-help technique that could be learned and utilized on your new, whereas chiropractic adjustments should never be self-administered. So one might ask why I would ever work with a technique that may slow up the dependence on my services? The simple answer is the fact that some physical issues I view as primarily mechanical, with a psychological or energetic component intertwined. Other patients present pain from stress, life patterns or behaviors which are primarily brought on by past behaviors that don't serve them that ought to be witnessed and transformed into something new. over here is fabulous for achieving that. To provide you with an idea of when I use EFT, here are a couple examples. Recently more helpful hints started in with all the recent onset of migraines, which began just as their husband started having panic and anxiety attacks. Another was struggling with panic and anxiety to the point how the he felt that his head would explode and the man had an upcoming long airplane trip as well as a coinciding nervous about flying. Another were only available in with chronic back pain that he noted increased when he looked at anger of a recent marital separation. The intertwining relationship of physical ailments with emotional stresses are infinite. Too often patients were told that their symptoms were of their head. This was not only a complimentary diagnosis, and basically meant that this symptoms were psychosomatic, or that the physician figured the patient was "making all of it up." Psyche (mind) and Soma (physical body) are needless to say related, how could they not be? The moment you've pain, you might have a seriously considered it then often follows an emotion, which then causes neurotransmitters to be sold in the brain which then causing hormones being released in to the bloodstream which then includes a physiological affect on things such as pulse rate, hypertension, immune response, etc. So needless to say our physical condition and psyche journey together. So, how do I decide when to wear my chiropractic hat when do I slip on my EFT hat? There are no rules, just intuition. Sometimes, I make use of it when what I thought would guidance is not helping sufficiently. Sometimes I feel that there are something not being said and it is a means for an individual to express something important that they did not feel was tightly related to their presenting complaint. In donna eden energy healing of the ways it presents, the application of EFT almost always surprises me using its ease as well as effectiveness.
