First they informed me they will check out it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to a wrong e-mail address. This took place a number of times after I was told my email address had been upgraded. Then they informed me they will do an intensified case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original email service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo email address they stated would offer me no problems. I wait, still absolutely nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they informed me that the services which I was inquiring about were not part of my subscription, but when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then client service informs me on their end, it shows nothing was sent and they don't know when they head out through e-mail. When I asked for a manager or different contact information, they stated they do not have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and horrible customer support.
