Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then customer care tells me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent and they do not understand when they head out via email. When I requested a supervisor or various contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and dreadful consumer service.
