Bill Gates has resigned as director of social services

Konark Bureau: Microsoft founder Bill Gates (4) has resigned as director of the board. He has made such a big decision because it takes more time to do social work. He will now continue to work with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadela as a consultant. The company made the announcement late Friday night. Accordingly, the world's second richest man, Bill Gates, now wants to do social work globally. He will work on health, education and climate change.

"Microsoft will always be an important part of my life," Gates said after his resignation. I am proud of both companies. Gates has been chairman of the board of directors since 2014. Gates formed the company in 1955. He was CEO of the company until 2000. In 2009, he founded the Bill for the Public Welfare and the Melinda Gates Foundation. In 2014, he donated about Rs 355 crore to the institute. Gates has been on the board of directors at Microsoft since 2014.

"It's a great honor to work with Bill Gates," Nadella said. He founded the company with the aim of facilitating people through software. Microsoft will continue to work with this goal. The company will also benefit from Gates' advice and will continue to do so.
