Common faults and solutions of LED bulbs

Now, led lights are very popular, slowly replacing incandescent lights. Because of its high brightness, low consumption, many styles and beautiful appearance, it is very popular among consumers. But after using for a period of time, LEDs will become dimmed or the lights will flicker. What's the matter? Today, we will analyze the common faults of a led light bulb and the corresponding solutions.

There are two popular LED lights on the market, one is constant current and the other is resistance-capacitance. Relatively speaking, the constant current is relatively stable. There is a controller, and the current is stable output. The resistance-capacitance structure is relatively simple, but the voltage reduction process is performed to make the LED lamp bead work within the normal working current.

There are actually many small lamp beads inside the LED lamp. They are usually connected in series, and then combined in series and connected in parallel.

Next, we can look at the explanation on the controller, the input is 220 volts AC, the output is 20-30 volts, and the small LED beads are all DC.

Fault 1: LED does not light up

1. According to the description of the manipulator, first of all we have to check the input end of the manipulator and whether the 220 volt power supply is normal. Then check whether the output of the 20-30 volt DC power supply is normal. When the power supply is normal, let's check the LED lights.

2. It can be measured with an electric pen. The light bulb is mostly caused by the problem of the controller, so if you check the output end is abnormal, replace the controller, if you can work well, you can also disassemble and find the reason and start to correct it yourself.

Fault 2: LED is dim

The dimming of the LED lamp is usually caused by the failure of some of the lamp beads, so we can check the quality of the lamp beads one by one with a multimeter. Of course, it is also possible that a group of lamp beads is broken. Find out the broken lamp beads and replace them according to the type. This also requires a certain amount of work.

For the diode gear of the multimeter, use the red and black test leads of the multimeter to touch the positive and negative poles of the lamp beads. If the lamp beads are on, it is good, and if the lamp is not on, it is broken.

Fault 3: LED light is dimly bright

Generally, poor-quality LED lights have this situation, and the lights are turned on and off to the zero line without paying attention to the lights at home. LED lights are very sensitive and can light up with weak currents. All households use electronic switches to turn off the lights. No matter what kind of situation causes the dim brightness, we can use a relay to solve it perfectly, because the relay Control the live line and the neutral line at the same time.
