Boxing is a martial art that has become very popular with the general public. It has grown to almost cult status, with many people viewing it as an exciting and stylish sport to watch. Boxing is commonly known as Boxe Francaise or French Kickboxing. However, the term "Boxe Francaise" is not used commonly anymore, เร ต มวย สยาม because the name is now used to refer to all forms of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. So what is "boxing"? In this article we will define the term "Boxe Francaise" and learn about the many forms of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practiced throughout the world today.

The first and most significant form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the submission hold, or Brazilian Choke. The letter K in K-1 is formally designated as the symbol for kung Fu, kick boxing and grappling. Nonetheless, some sources suggest that it originally represents the first K located in fighting disciplines like karate, jujube-mixed martial arts, kick boxing, katasensei (Mixed Martial Arts sparring), kempo (Mixed Martial Arts kick boxing) and taekwondo (arts and conditioning). All other forms of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu do not use the K as their main point of attack, instead they use techniques such as throws, takedowns, transitions (from one position to another), sweeps and counter attacks to take down opponents.

Two other important specialities are the sweeps and punches. The purpose of the sweep is to isolate and defeat the opponent's arms, legs or head. Punching involves techniques such as elbows, punches, kicks, blocks and knees. All of these techniques are designed to disable, submit and force the opponent to submit. To master any of the specialities, a student must learn under a master instructor who has specific qualifications and experience with respect to the practitioner's particular discipline.

A final two specialities include the submission hold and the choke. The submission hold, or Choke, is used to fully control or subdue an opponent once he is on the ground. A full hold is required to render an opponent unconscious. The choke is also used as a way to finish matches when the bout has no longer potential 'life' left in it. In contrast, a submission hold is only effective if the attacker is competent enough to defend against it.

The third championship discipline is the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), also known as the WEC. It is an international combat competition governed by a set of governing rules established by a governing body consisting of a group of athletes, coaches and referees. The UFC was founded in 2021 and includes popular fighters such as Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell, Georges St-Pierre and BJ Penn. Unlike boxing, the UFC doesn't utilize training facilities, but instead consists of match-ups in popular venues around the globe.

Each discipline in boxing has its own unique purpose in the UFC. They are designed to give each participant distinct advantages and disadvantages, allowing for a truly individual fight. Boxing is primarily an upper-body battle, using punching power and movement to take down opponents. Unlike MMA, where throwing and grappling are the primary methods of attack, the UFC uses the clinch hold, where a fighter secures his opponent against the ground using his body weight and holds him there until the referee breaks the hold. If the opponent is not able to break free, then the match is considered to be a win for the boxer.
