I acknowledge that incompetence is the norm in Miami, but having to wait over 2.5 hours for a pre-employment drug screen is outrageous, especially while the employees are clearly not busy, in the back laughing and joking in Spanish. I also had came the day before, but was turned away because testing "ends at 2:00 pm." Then why is your closing time listed as 3:00 pm? Get better at your jobs.RecommendedThe staff refuses to speak in English, as they assumed i spoke Spanish. Once i told them i did not speak Spanish, their response was "we are in Miami, and we speak Spanish" . Extremely unprofessional office.
